Certification of Added Qualification

This certification program will initially be based on the Nutrition in Medicine^® Series. Nutrition in Medicine^® is an educational CD-ROM series based on the nationally acclaimed nutrition curriculum developed at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Through the use of text, graphics, video, animation and audio, Nutrition in Medicine^® provides basic nutrition science within the framework of live case studies. This CD-ROM series is an interactive and comprehensive guide to modern nutrition. It covers the current understanding of molecular mechanisms, epidemiology and clinical conditions in which nutrition influences health.
