Product Description
Nestlé GOOD START® 2 (20 kcal/30 ml) is a well-tolerated, nutritionally complete, iron fortified, calcium enriched, second stage, cow’s milk-based infant formula. Like GOOD START®, GOOD START 2 is easier to digest because it is made with 100% partially hydrolyzed whey protein. GOOD START has a gastric emptying time similar to that of breast milk and results in a soft stool consistency. Nestlé GOOD START 2 is suitable for feeding infants from 6-18 months of age, if an alternative to breast-feeding is required.

Indications
Nestlé GOOD START® 2 is indicated for routine feeding of infants from 6 – 18 months of age, if an alternative to breast-feeding is required. It may be used for babies at-risk of developing allergies who are avoiding intact cow’s milk infant formula.
Contraindications
GOOD START® 2 is not suitable for use where there is a risk of severe allergic reaction to cow’s milk protein, or in cases of severe acute or chronic diarrhea with gastrointestinal damage when a special therapeutic formula would be indicated. Also not suitable for infants with galactosemia or low birth weight (less than 2500g).
